1. Scope

These terms apply when you use this website and when you ask about or rent a car from Viet Nordic (Viet Nordic Travel & Logistics).

2. Information on the website

The website introduces our cars and services, and the details may change. Every rental gets its own quote.

3. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the car, the dates and the trip you describe. A booking is confirmed once both sides have agreed by phone or message. The rental agreement you sign when you take the car sets out the exact terms, such as the price, any deposit, the insurance cover and its excess, and who may drive.

4. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, tell us as early as you can. Cancellation terms are agreed when you book.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details about your trip and the drivers.
• When you drive yourself, carry a valid driving licence and follow the traffic rules and the rental agreement.
• Report any damage or accident to us straight away, and return the car at the agreed time and place.

6. Complaints

If something is not right, tell us straight away so we can put it right. Liability is determined by what was agreed and by Finnish law. Your rights as a consumer under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act are not limited.

7. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are first settled by negotiation. Consumers can also take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland (Kuluttajariitalautakunta), kuluttajariita.fi.
